Sagrada Familia was founded 30 years ago (1979), and its mission is to contribute towards the promotion of people and family consolidation by using programs that enable them to have access to a decent home.

 

    
       
 

Thirty members of the Foundation’s staff are on the payroll, and sixty are volunteers.

Additionally, every department has a support commission made up of skilled volunteers.

Goals
   
1 -
Provide support and strengthen peoples’ human dignity and that of the families that live in below-standard living conditions, enhancing their leadership, solidarity, organization and creative abilities.
 
2 -
Generate opportunities in order that people may be able to participate in the programs; that they may become acquainted with new forms of participation and may be able to put themselves across both personally and community-wise.  
 
3 -
Encourage families to assume work commitments responsibly, as well as the economic effort involved in loan payment.
 
4 -
Create awareness as to how the pooling-in of goods helps us to grow together.
 
5 -
Cooperate in the development of a fairer and more balanced society.
