PROJECTS
These are presented based on resources available within the public or private environment, and which make it possible to satisfy concrete family needs. In most cases the aim is to provide families with access to their own homes.
In other cases, the goal is to make improvements on homes with deficiencies or provide services, such as the installation of natural gas.
The key factors included in these projects are:
• Personal effort and mutual help. Group participation is at the core of the program’s development.
• Financing is adapted to the possibilities of the families involved.
• Technical and Social guidance.

Derqui Project
In a nine-hectare plot of land, in the southern area of this locality, in the bonaerense district of Pilar, an urbanization and social organization project is being carried out.
It consists of ten blocks divided into 160 lots. In some cases complete homes will be built, and in other lots, pad foundations with their respective basic services such as electricity, water and sewers will be provided with.
Furthermore, public lighting; the construction of a social meeting place; work; interchange; recreation area, where the neighbors will develop activities of their interest; and a square are already planned.

Ventanita Florida Project
The project’s goal is to make housing improvements over 20 homes situated in Enrique Delfino neighborhood, in the locality of Pacheco, district of Tigre.
The works are aimed to the completion of the sanitary system, the construction of complete bathrooms, the solution of the overcrowding problem by adding rooms, and the finishing of walls, ceilings and floors upon construction quality.
